Mrs. Erma Hazel King Watson, 90, of Shreveport, LA,(formerly of Hope, AR), passed away June 13, 2010, in Shreveport, LA. Mrs. King was born on June 29, 1919, in Leadwood, MO. to William and Pearl King. She was a resident of Shreveport where she retired from Bright Beginnings Day Care Center and from Bell South as a telephone operator. She was a devout Christian who knew the Lord. She is preceded in death by her husband, James A. "Jimmy" Watson; her parents, one sister, Doris Ann Blackwell and one brother Cecil Franklin King. Her Survivors Include: Three Sons: James A. Watson, Gary Watson and friend Marilyn, Larry Watson and Marsha, all of Shreveport, LA. Two daughters:Martha Jain Montgomery and Monty, Shreveport, LA., Katy Mason and Norm of Livingston, TX. Grandchildren: Bobby, Toby, Melissa, Jennifer, Westley, William, Kristin, J.C., Kayla, Jessica; Five Great-Grandchildren, and host of friends and co-workers. Pallbearers will be J.C. Watson, Wilbur Layton, Mitch Allred, Monty Montgomery, Bobby Watson and Norm Mason. FUNERAL SERVICES will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Interment will follow with Graveside Services at 4:30 p.m. at Rose Hill Cemetery, Hope, Arkansas.
