Mrs. Estella Tidwell, age 67, of Prescott, Arkansas passed away Monday, January 20, 2014, at Wadley Regional Medical Center at Hope. She was born September 19, 1946, in Prescott, Arkansas to R.C. and Queen Ester Latin Block. She was a member of Munn's Chapel Baptist Church and a retired Nurse's Aid. Mrs. Tidwell was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Robert Block Jr., and Chuck Anderson Block. Mrs. Tidwell is survived by her husband Basel Tidwell of Prescott, son Greg Block and wife Deloise of Hope, daughters, Faith Harris of Tacoma, Washington and Hope Hooks, and husband Alton of Tacoma, Washington, brothers, Dan Louis Block of Rock Ford, Illinois, Thomas Howard Block of Troy, Ohio, Ricky Louis Block of Prescott, Freddy Block of Prescott and Kenneth Block of Hope, sisters, Opal Hall, Gladys Block Mabel Sammuels of Prescott and Carolyn Bozeman of Jacksonville, Arkansas, nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a special friend, Brenda Parrish. Visitation for Mrs. Tidwell will be 9:00am to 5:00pm, Wednesday, January 29, 2014, at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott, Arkansas. Funeral service will be 11:00am, Thursday, January 30, 2014, at Munn's Chapel Baptist Church in Prescott burial will follow in Snell Cemetery in Emmet, Arkansas.
