Mr. Eugene I. Cooper age 69 of Hope, Arkansas passed away Sunday, January 26, 2020 at Wadley Regional in Texarkana. He was born September 5, 1950 in McNabb, Arkansas to Rufus Cooper and Marion Helen Cox. Eugene was a retired truck driver. He is preceded in death by is father Rufus Cooper, Step father Delmar Nelson, three brothers Raymond, George, Jerry, four sisters Helen Berry, Betty Sanders, Ora Faye Billings, and Nellie Cooper.

Survivors include his mother Marion Nelson, wife Kathy Cooper,  a son Bill Cooper, four daughters KayLynne Brown (Brian), Sally Ann Cooper, Nicole Shapley (Johnathon), Allison Wright (Eddie), three brothers Jackie Cooper, James Dickson, John Cooper, a sister Patsy Williams (Joey), nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Visitation for Mr. Cooper will be one hour prior to the service. 1:00pm to 2:00pm.
