Mr. Eugene Hunt, age 81 of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Sunday February 5, 2023 in Texarkana, Texas. He was born July 8, 1941 in Patmos , Arkansas to Clarence and Ruby Faye Springs Hunt.  He was a member and Deacon of The Anderson Baptist Church, retired owner of Hunt's Radiator Shop, and member of the Patmos Volunteer Fire Dept.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, one sister; Margie Faye Pizzamenti.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years Brenda Smith Hunt, two sons; Bruce Hunt and Pam, Kent Hunt and Michelle, one brother; Billy Ray Hunt and Diane, grandchildren; Jason Hunt, Brooke Ferguson and Kyle, Summer Hunt, Raven Hunt Taylor, Taylor Jester and Alex,  step grand-child Brandon Reyes.  Great grandchildren; Haven, Avery, Nolan, John Micheal, Landon, Aidan, Harper, Cambree, Madison.

Viisitation will be Thursday February 9, 2023 from 6:00PM till 8:00PM at Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home, Funeral services will be Friday February 10, 2023 at 2:00PM in The Brazzel-Oakcrest Chapel with Gary Bolin officiating. Burial will follow in The New Hope Cemetery. Services are under the direction of The Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home Eddie Brazzel Director.
