Mrs. Frances Dougan, age 82 of Magnolia, AR, formerly of Hope, AR passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2020 in Magnolia, AR. She was born August 12, 1938 in Washington, AR to Flavia and Lilla Parson Porterfield. During her working years, she kept busy in the retail business. Once retired, she spent her time working in her garden and spending time with her grandchildren, as well as going to church. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Billy Don Dougan, one son; Donnie Dougan, one brother; Malcolm Porterfield, and one grandchild; Jody McNiel.

Survivors include one daughter; Denise McNiel, husband Clayton of Emmerson, AR, six grandchildren; Jarad McNiel, wife Christy, Krystal Goodwin, husband Brian, Krysti Dougan, Tarrah Lyons, husband Jonathan, Kourtney Sevenbergen, husband Billy, Brandi Myers, husband Justin, thirteen great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday, August 21, 2020 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope.

Graveside service will 10:00 A.M. Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Ayers Cemetery with Bro. Eric Goble and Bro. Justin Myers officiating. Burial to follow at Ayers Cemetery, Hope, AR.
