Ms. Frances Ann Lovette, age 60 of Blevins, Arkansas passed away, Sunday, December 23, 2018, in Little Rock, Arkansas.  Ms. Lovette was born in North Little Rock, Arkansas, on May 9, 1958, to George H and Erma Lee McElyea Lovette. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include; brother James Thomas "Tommy" Lovette (Carol) of Crowley, Texas, sister Juanita Banister (David) of Blevins, Arkansas, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

No family visitation is planned.
