Mrs. Frances E. Miller, age 81 of Prescott, Arkansas, passed away Friday, February 12, 2016. Mrs. Miller was born January 13, 1935 to John and Velma Dillard Jarvis. She was a member of Church of Christ and she was a homemaker. Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her parents, John and Velma Jarvis, one brother, David Jarvis, and one sister, Johnnie Ann Brooks.

Survivors include: her husband, Don Miller, one daughter, Debra Shipp of Prescott, Arkansas, one sister, Bonnie Sue House of Rosston, Arkansas, one grandson, Allen Shipp and his wife, Stacy, of Rosston, Arkansas, one great-granddaughter, Alexis Shipp, and other family and friends.

Visitation is 3:00-5:00pm Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home.
