Mrs. Frances Patterson, age 83 of Hope, Arkansas passed away Saturday, January 2, 2016 in Hope. Mrs. Patterson was born September 23, 1932 in Prescott, Arkansas, to Hinton and Mary Owen Davis. Mrs. Patterson was a member of Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church and she was a secretary for First State Insurance. She was very dedicated to her church and loved by many. Mrs. Patterson is preceded in death by her parents, Hinton and Mary Davis, her first husband, Robert Szymanski, her second husband, Joseph Patterson, one son, Mike Patterson, one daughter, Sharon Patterson, two brothers; Wallace and Marshall Davis, three sisters; Mildred Friday, Joyce Davis, and Imogene French.

Survivors include: two sons; Tony and Buddy Patterson, both of Hope, Arkansas, two daughters; Betty Jackson of Hope, Arkansas, Jo Ann Gonzalez and her husband, Gerry, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, one sister, Wilma Lee of California, six grandchildren; Kris Burns and his wife, Christy, of Hope, Arkansas, Bobby Merck of McCaskill, Arkansas, Perry Lapatko of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Grace and Tyler Patterson, both of Hope, Arkansas, Meredith Patterson of Lubbock, Texas, one special nephew, Stan Davis of Gunnersville, Alabama, and other family and friends.

Visitation is 6:00-8:00pm Tuesday, January 5, 2016, at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home.
