Mr. Francisco Salazar, age 68, passed away on Wednesday February 14, 2024, in Texarkana, Texas. He was born on October 5, 1955, to Esteban and Raynalda Salazar in Montemorelos, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. In 1997 he was a founding member of Ministrio Fuente de Agua Viva, founder of the 94.7 F.M. radio station, Radio Vida, following that he then became Pastor of Templo Manantial de Vida in Hope, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his parents Esteban and Raynalda Salazar, one sister Veronica Salazar, and one brother Eliseo Salazar.

He is survived by his wife of forty-nine years, Alicia Salazar, son Juan Francisco Salazar and wife Rubi Salazar, son Joel Salazar and wife Martha Salazar, daughter Blanca Salazar and husband Juan Ruiz, daughter Orfa Elizabeth Salazar, three brothers, four sisters, twenty-five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, and numerous nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday February 23, 2024, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at First Baptist Church in Hope. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday February 24, 2024, at First Baptist Church starting at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at 2:00 PM at Rose Hill Cemetery in Hope.
