Mr. Frank Hays, 90 of Washington, Arkansas passed away, Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at his home in Washington. Mr. Hayes was born April 12, 1922 in Custer City, Oklahoma to Frank Hays and Lula Wolfe Hays. Mr. Hays is a World War II veteran serving in the US Army in the Pacific and the Philippines. He is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Wilbur, Earl and Claud Hays. He is a member of the First United Methodist Church in Hope and was a rancher and a farmer. Survivors include; his wife, E. Jane Hays of Washington, son; Kurt Hays and wife, Wanda of Washington, sister; Lois Faye Puckett of Dallas, TX, two grandchildren; Wendy Martin, husband, Todd and Conrad Hays, wife, Chris, three great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
