Mr. Frank Tyler, age 73 of Cooper, Texas formerly of Hope, passed away, Saturday, December 19, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Tyler was born September 28, 1942 in Hope, Arkansas to John Edgar and Alma Ruth Lauterback Tyler. Mr. Tyler is of the Baptist Faith and he was the Vice President of Production at Dallas Morning News. Mr. Tyler is preceded in death by his parents, John and Alma Tyler, and one brother, William Edgar Tyler.

Survivors include: His wife of 35 years, Donna Rae Tyler of Cooper, Texas, two sons; Terry Tyler of Lawrence, Mississippi, Jason Carter of Cooper, Texas, two daughters; Tina Tyler of Foley, Alabama, Janice Fronterhouse of Celeste, Texas, one sister, Helen Ivy of DeKalb, Texas, six grandchildren; Brent Tyler, Brandy Tyler, Justen Stark, Jarett Stark, Brayden Fronterhouse, Madilen Fronterhouse, eight great-grandchildren, and other family and friends.

There will be no visitation.
