MR. FRANKIE LYNN POWELL, 60, of SPRING HILL, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2008 at Christus St. Michael Health System, Texarkana, TX. He was born on Sept. 8, 1947, in Spring Hill, Ark. to Verdo and Louise Odell Powell. He was retired from Centerpoint Energy/Arkla Gas Co. and a member of Providence Baptist Church, Spring Hill, Ark.
