Mrs. Geraldine Stockton, age 76 of Prescott, Arkansas passed away, Saturday, April 4, 2015 in Prescott. Mrs. Stockton was born in Delight, Arkansas on October 13, 1938 to Ivan and Era Stuart Avery. She was retired, with 37 years, from Prescott Schools as the Manager of the school's Cafeteria, and she was a member of the Central Baptist Church in Prescott. She was a loving mother, and grandmother, who enjoyed spending time with her family. Mrs. Stockton is preceded in death by her parents, and an infant brother; Thomas Avery. Her survivors include; two daughters; Julieanna Stockton Oliver, husband, Terry of Prescott, and Lisa Jarrell of Delight and special friend, JBo Jones of Murfreesboro, a brother; Denver Avery and wife Reba of Delight, a sister Mary Staggs, husband, Larry also of Delight and six grandchildren; Brittany Sullivan, Justin Jarrell, Trisha Smith, husband, Nick, Tessa Oliver, Miccah Sargeant, husband, Ronny and Shane Sullivan and special friend Chuck Kirkham of Bryant, Arkansas, other family members and friends. Memorials in lieu of flowers can be made to the Prescott Youth Center in Prescott, Arkansas.
