Mr. Glynn Dale Schane, age 78 of Prescott, Arkansas, passed away Monday, August 16, 2021, in Texarkana, Texas. He was born February 14, 1943 to Alfred and Vera Winters Schane, in Lane, Oklahoma. He was a member of the National Guard and retired owner of a foundation repair company. Mr. Glynn was a man of many interests. He enjoyed hunting and gardening, and was an avid reader, with a love for history and looking into his family ancestry. He also dabbled in blacksmithing, beekeeping and owned many horses. He loved spending time with family and was of Christian faith. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Brock Wade Schane; daughter, Suzanne Yvette Schane; brothers, Troy Schane, Donald Schane, and Bob Schane; and sisters, Frances Hammersness and Barbara Schane.

Survivors include: his wife, Virginia Head Schane of Prescott; son, Burton Schane (Tamara) of San Francisco, CA; brother, Jimmy Schane (Jane); sister, June Reeves (Ross); numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of choice.

A private family service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, August 21, 2021 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Chapel, 1001 S. Main, Hope, AR 71801. Bro. Roy Johnson to officiate.
