Mr. Grady "Bill" Browning, Jr. age 67 of Emmet, Arkansas passed away, Monday December 4, 2017 in Texarkana, Texas. Bill was born in Hope, Arkansas on September 3, 1950 to Grady W. Browning, Sr. and Floyce Roberts Browning.  He is retired from the Arkansas Department of Agriculture and was a Baptist.  Bill served in the Hope Unit of the Arkansas National Guard, a 1968 graduate of Hope High School and was Owner of York Furniture Company. He enjoyed camping with his family, cooking and was a life-time jokester. He loved to buy, sell and trade various goods and items. He is preceded in death by his parents Grady and Floyce Browning, two brothers Don and Larry Browning, his father-in-law and his mother-in-law, Douglas and Bobbie Booker.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Sandra Booker Browning of Emmet, a daughter Shelly Rhodes and husband Brandon of Caney, grandchildren Brady, Bryson and Brogan Rhodes, brothers Jerry Browning and wife, Ann of Lufkin, TX and Conrad Browning and wife, Polly of Little Rock, AR, a brother-in-law, Jerry Booker and wife Libby, two sisters-in-law, JoAnn Browning and Sheri Moore, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation, 6:00 to 8:00pm on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest The Funeral Home 1001 S. Main Hope, AR.
