Mrs. Gwendolyn "Kathy" Terry of Hope, Arkansas suddenly left this world on March 24, 2020, at the age of 86. She was born on June 22, 1933, in Lehigh Oklahoma, to Clara Mae McMillan and Henry Gray.
Kathy was a retired entertainer and entrepreneur. Her eyes would light up when speaking of her dancing career which led her to San Francisco, California, Miami Beach, Florida and even Broadway, New York. She was a foster parent to many wayward teens, was crafty, loved collecting baby dolls and jewelry. She enjoyed playing the flute in her earlier years, listening to classical music in her car and sewing when time allowed. She was one of a kind and always had a story to tell about her cats or her life on the carnival. She was a member of Our Lady of Good Catholic Church and loved her church family very much.
Kathy was widowed twice in her lifetime by Robert William Miller of 21 years and Walter "Bill" Terry of 35 years in which they loved her with all they had.
Survivors ; three daughters, Joyce Parmelee of San Luis Obispo, California, Pamela Miller of Bossier City, Louisiana, Wendy Walters ( Michael) of Hope, Arkansas, two sons, Robert "Bob" Miller II (Goldie) Bossier City, Louisiana, George "Guy" Byram (Mary) of Denver, Colorado, thirteen grandchildren; Tammy Catlin, Danny Miller, Jessica Miller, Robert Miller III, Michael Miller, Matthew Miller, Tymmie Byram, Bryan Whipkey (Haley), Taylor Whipkey ( Roger) Jonathan Whipkey (Becca), Hannah Walters (Nick), Mollie Walters, ten great- grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and a special friend who was by her side to take her to lunch, clean and jus be there to care Jim Johnson.
