MR. H. L. DUB PINEGAR, 83 of Nashville, Arkansas (Formerly of Washington, Arkansas) passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at Dubuis Hospital in Texarkana, Texas. He was born in Hempstead County, Arkansas on December 22, 1926, to Frank E. and Nannie Bell Weir Pinegar. He was retired from SWEPCO after 42 years of service. He was a member and elder of First Presbyterian Church of Washington, Ark.; had served as mayor of Washington, Ark. for 35+ years; and for 10+ years was owner/operator of D & D Auction Company. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Georgia Ruth Dudney Pinegar, who died in 1999; and by two half-brothers, Valjean Pinegar and Billy Pinegar. HIS SURVIVORS INCLUDE: His Son: Mike Pinegar and Jamie, Nashville, Arkansas. Two Grandsons: Matthew Pinegar, Nashville, Arkansas, Zachary Pinegar, Conway, Arkansas. And several other relatives and friends. FUNERAL SERVICE will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 12, 2010, at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home Chapel, Hope, Arkansas, with Rev. Jimmy Dale officiating.
