Mr. Harlie Owen, age 78 of Hope, Arkansas, passed away December 28, 2018,in Hope.

Mr. Owen was born in Emerson, Arkansas, on December 23, 1939 to Lucious and Pearl Owen. Mr. Owen was a city employee and a Baptist.  He is preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Charles Owen, Arthur Owen, Doyle Owen and three sisters, Hazel Wreyford, Rena Mae Lewis, and Doris Waldon.

Survivors include son Randy Owen of Hope, Arkansas two grandchildren, Christopher Owen of Hope, Arkansas and Jeremy Owen of Hope, Arkansas.

No family visitation is planned.

Graveside service for Mr. Harlie Owen will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday January 2, 2019 at Christies Chapel Cemetery, Emerson, Arkansas with Bro. Royce Burdine officiating.
