MR. HAROLD FRANKLIN WEST, 77, of Washington, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2008, at Christus St. Michael Health System, Texarkana, TX. He was born on June 28, 1931, in Hope, Ark., to Eddie and Thalia Moody West. He was a retired house painter. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses in Hope, Ark. He was preceded in death by his parents. HIS SURVIVORS INCLUDE: HIS WIFE: (of 10 years) Sandra Surles West, Washington, Ark. ONE DAUGHTER: Virginia Thomas, Cabot, Ark.
