Mr. Harold Wright, age 81 of Hope, Arkansas passed away Monday, December 7, 2015 at his home. Mr. Wright was born in Bodcaw, Arkansas on November 19, 1934 to Harvey Doyle and Ruby DeVenny Wright. Mr. Wright was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and he was a United States Army Veteran. He was an avid fan of the Razorbacks and the Bobcats, and he loved watching them with his grandchildren. Mr. Wright was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Mr. Wright is preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Ruby Wright, two brothers; Terrell Wright, Thurman Wright, and one sister, Melva Collins.

Survivors include: his wife of 56 years, Jerry Sue Wright, two daughters; Pamela Donovan and her husband, Frank, of Mansfield, Texas, Cathy Farrell of Bryant, Arkansas, one sister-in-law, Sherry Black and her husband, Glen, of Hope, Arkansas, four grandchildren; Laura Hunter and her husband, Dustin, of Arlington, Texas, Michael Hogue of Dallas, Texas, Matthew Hogue of Mansfield, Texas, Sarah Farrell of Bryant, Arkansas, one great-grandchild, Riley Hunter, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Visitation is 6:00-8:00pm Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home.

Funeral service is 2:00pm Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Brazzel/ Oakcrest Chapel with Bro. Terry Wright and Bro. Mark Ray officiating. Burial to follow at Huckabee Cemetery in Spring Hill, Arkansas.
