Mr. Harvey Lamar Barham, 84 of Cale, Arkansas passed away, Monday, September 26, 2011 at Medical Park Hospital in Hope, Arkansas. He was born September 25, 1927 in Longview, Texas to Robert David Barham and Christine Blount Barham. Mr. Barham is a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Cale. He was a past president of the Nevada County Cattlemens Association and a past member of the Nevada County Quorum Court and the Cale City Council. He is retired from Auto-Chlor System in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1979 and a retired farmer and cattle rancher. He is preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Barham is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Margaret E. Smith Barham, his three sons; Bill Barham and wife, Brenda, Mike Barham and wife, Teresa and Zane Barham and wife, Kathy all of Cale, Arkansas, sister; Evelyn Barham Belaire of Beaux Bridge, Louisiana, nine grandchildren: David Barham, Jason Barham, D`Lynn Barham Rubio, Julia Barham, Meghan Barham, Niki Barham Morris, Chris Marlar Wendi Ingersoll, Mendi Robertson and 14 great-grandchildren. The Barham Family will receive friends, 6:00 to 8:00pm, Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at Brazzel/Cornish The Funeral Home of Prescott. Private services to be conducted later.
