Mrs. Heather Jean Phillips, age 40 of Prescott, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2018. She was born in Kalamazoo, MI on November 2, 1977 to Jeff and Charlene Derksen Woody. She attended Central Baptist Church in Prescott, AR.

Survivors include her parents Jeff and Charlene Woody, two sons, Shadow and Kieran Phillips, three daughters, Stormy, Cimarron, and Jessey Lynn Phillips, a brother Michael Woody, a sister Kim Brindley, one grandchild Nathaniel, and other relatives and friends.

No family visitation is planned.
