Mr. Dick Stewart, 94 of Prescott, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday January 12, 2010 in a Little Rock Hospital. He was born on December 5, 1915, near Laneburg, Arkansas, to Lewis and Ella Waddle Stewart. He was a businessman in Prescott for many years and raised cattle. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Prescott, former Administrative Board Chairman and served on various committees over the years; member Laneburg Masonic Lodge, former Nevada County Treasurer; former president of Rotary Club; 50 year member of American Legion; and Veteran of World War II having served in the Army Air Corp. He was preceded in death by his parents, nine brothers, one sister, and a son, Bill McDougald.
