Homer (Chip) Dwight Green Sr., 85, of Caney, Arkansas passed away on September 9, 2025, in Texarkana, Texas.

Mr. Green was born on July 6, 1940, in Caney, Arkansas to his parents, L.B. and Tena Helsel Green.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife Janice Green; three brothers, Lonnie Green, James "Buster" Green, Imon "Bully" Green; and four sisters, Maybelle Green, Vernell Loe, Helen May, and Bette Tomlin.

Left to cherish his memory are his three sons, Dwight Green, Keith Green (Rachael), Troy Green (Tonlea); one daughter, Felicity Brewer; sister, Marie Bussell; seven grandchildren, Adam Lucy (Cassie), Ashley Carter, Brandon Carter, Gerald Landers, Dana Williams, Kaley McWilliams (Randal), Cheyanne Baker; and two great-grandchildren, Waylon McWilliams, Aubrey McWilliams.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 12, 2025, at Brazzel-Cornish Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Brazzel-Cornish Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Dillard officiating. Burial will follow at Caney Cemetery under the direction of Brazzel-Cornish Funeral Home.
