MR. HOMER LEE WISE ( to some he was called Lump ), a name given to him by his mom, because she called him Sugar Lump. , 60, of Richmond, California (Formerly of Emmet, Ark.) He was called from this earthly life on Saturday, July 12, 2008, in California. Not by our own will but the will of our Heavenly Father, who knows best. He was born on September 15, 1947, in to the proud parents, Judge Wise and the late Nellie Warren Wise. He found employment with the General Motors. Homer accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of the St Thomas Baptist Church, Prescott, during the early year of his life, in Arkansas. He attended and was a graduate of Blevins Training School Class of 1965. After graduation, he moved to California. He united with the Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church. Rev. A.H. Newman was the pastor at that time. Homer was a people person and enjoyed being around people. We will cherish the memories of his love and laughter, and the caring and good times shared together forever. Homer was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, two sisters, one brother and his mother. HE LEAVES TO CHERISH HIS MEMORY IN ARKANSAS: HIS FATHER: Judge Wise, Emmet, Arkansas.
