MR. HORACE TWYMON HOLLIS, 93, of Patmos, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at his home in Patmos, Ark. He was born on March 14, 1915 in Patmos, Ark., to Alfred and Ada Jones Hollis. He was a cattle, poultry farmer and loved to garden. He was a member of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church and a former Elks Lodge member. He was preceded by his parents and by three brothers and two sisters. HIS SURVIVORS INCLUDE: HIS WIFE: (of almost 72 years) Rena Mae Horton Hollis, Patmos, Ark. TWO DAUGHTERS: Patsy Blackwood, Mansfield, Ark. Linda Williamson and Melford, Macon, GA. ONE SISTER: Inez Manzie, Las Vegas, Nevada. And Eight Grandchildren, Nine Great-Grandchildren, Eight Great-Great Grandchildren. FUNERAL SERVICES will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 26, 2008, Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bruce Porter officiating. Burial to follow in Mt. Nebo Cemetery, Patmos, Ark.
