Mr. Howard K. Shaner, age 76 of McCaskill, Arkansas passed away, Thursday, March 9, 2017 at his home in McCaskill.  Mr. Shaner was born in Galesburg, Illinois on November 7, 1940 to John and Elizabeth Knowles Shaner.  He was a US Marine Corp Veteran and was a retired security guard for Firestone Corporation in Prescott.
