Mr. Hoyt Jobe, 59 of Prescott, Arkansas passed away, Saturday, March 17, 2012 in Medical Park Hospital in Hope. Hoyt was born July 18, 1952 in Nevada County, Arkansas to Chester and Nell Maines Jobe. He was employed by Firestone for 38 years in the maintenance department, a member for 40 years of Central Baptist Church in Prescott, a Mason and member of the Prescott Lodge. Hoyt was preceded in death by his parents. Hoyt is survived by his wife, of 34 years, Karen Jobe of Prescott, his son; Jason Jobe and wife, Janet of Hope, his daughter; Sarah Plunkett and husband, Greg of Texarkana, Texas, his first cousin; George Shaw and wife, Geraldine of Austin, Texas. The Jobe Family will receive friends, 6:00 to 8:00pm, Monday, March 19, 2012 at Brazzel/Cornish The Funeral Home in Prescott. Funeral service for Mr. Jobe will be 2:00pm, Tuesday, March 20 at Central Baptist Church in Prescott with Rev. Perry Johnson and Rev. Tom Mitchell officiating.
