Mrs. Iris June Reese, born June 1st, 1932 in Pike City, Arkansas, went to be with her Lord, and savior on September 7th, 2022.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Nellie McLain, and Hampton Brooks.  She is also preceded in death by her siblings, Monroe Brooks, Marion Brooks, Janie Chance, Patsy Bright, Ruth Ulrich, and Bessie Grant.  June is preceded in death by her spouse Brian Reese, and Oscar "Red" Mosier.  She is preceded in death by her spouse Roy Chance, and her daughter Loretta Coburn Hughes.

She is survived by her children Doris Chance, and James "Buddy" Chance, her five grandchildren, Katrina Lloyd, Sonya Coburn, Tonya Coburn, Alex Hughes, and Blake Hughes, her ten great grandchildren, and by one great, great granddaughter.  June was a member of the Church of Christ.  She loved to crochet, and made many blankets, dolls, and tablecloths for her loved ones over the years.  June enjoyed playing solitaire, word find puzzles, and visiting with friends and family.  Her family is thankful she now rests in heaven with her heavenly father.

Funeral service will be  10:00am Saturday September, 24th, 2022, at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home Burial will follow at Memory Gardens  Cemetery. Lunch for family at the Fellowship Building at the Hope  Church of Christ. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of BRAZZEL/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope, Eddie Brazzel Director.

Visitation will be 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday September 23, 2022 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest 1001 South Main St.
