Mrs. J. Juanita Bright, age 89 of Hope, Arkansas passed away, Tuesday, January 13, 2015. Mrs. Bright was born September 10, 1925 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to John O. and Lillie Lewis Hughes. Mrs. Bright is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 44 years, Mr. William W. "Pete" Bright; two brothers; J.B. and Eugene Hughes; two sisters; Mrs. Lavada Jones and Mrs. Loretta Burt and two grandsons; Clint Brown and Ben Bright. Juanita was a member of the Central Church of Christ. Juanita was truly a home maker of the golden years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, with her favorite hobby; playing her guitar and singing with her family. Survivors include two sons; John O. Bright of Spring Hill, Arkansas and Don Bright, wife; Stacy of McCaskill, Arkansas, two daughters; Mrs. Carolyn Lauterbach, husband, Danny of Hope and Mrs. Judy Brown, husband, Frankie of Texarkana, Arkansas, one sister; Mrs. Lorene Cassity of Booneville, Arkansas, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, other family members and friends. No family visitation is planned. A Graveside service will be 2:00pm, Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Anderson Cemetery in Spring Hill with Mr. Harold Freeman and Mr. Oran Burt officiating.
