Mrs. Jacqueline Jackie L. Dillard, age 76, of Washington, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2013, in Texarkana, Texas. Jackie was born in Houston, Texas on March 26, 1937 to Joseph Thomas and Dorothy L. Brannon SoRelle. She was a seamstress and the former owner of Fashion By The Yard in Hope, a member of the First United Methodist Church in Hope and a member of the Hempstead County Extension Club. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include: her husband of 58 years, Robert L. Bob Dillard of Washington: their four daughters: Paula Mack and Mike of Texarkana, Arkansas; Jan Witt and Bob of Newnan, Georgia; Carol Martin and Neil of Berryville, Arkansas and Jerrie Joubert and Scot of Green Forest, Arkansas; eight grandchildren: Sara OBrien and Kevin; Michelle Pesek and Trey; Olecia Witt; Jacqueline Witt; Clint Martin; Ben Martin; Jessica Davison and Justin; and Guy Joubert; and Two Great-grandchildren: Kody and Kaden OBrien and other family member and friends. A Memorial visitation to receive friends will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., on Saturday, October 12, 2013, at Brazzel/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope, Eddie Brazzel, Director.
