Mr. James Henry Barnes Sr. age 84 of McNab, Arkansas passed away Monday, October 25, 2021, at his home. He was born June 8, 1937 to John and Sybil Buster Barnes, in McNab. He was a hard-working family man, with a love for being outdoors. He had retired from Cooper Tire, after 30+ years, but his life's passion was to hunt and fish: which he did as often as he could. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Annie Barnes; sons, James H. Barnes Jr. and Charles Ray Barnes; brothers, John Barnes, Jr., infant Billy Barnes; and two sisters, Helen Oglesby and Betty Jo Chambers.

Survivors include: one son, Billy Barnes of Texarkana, AR; two daughters, Linda Oller, husband David of Prescott, AR and Pam Pickrell, husband William of Murfreesboro, AR; one sister, Dorothy M. Lansdown of Hope, AR; three grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; numerous other family and friends.

Visitation will be held 5:00 to 7:00 pm Friday, October 29, 2021 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home.
