Mr. James Howard Hunter, 79 of Laneburg, Nevada County, Arkansas passed away on Friday, June 5, 2009 in Saline Memorial Hospital at Benton, Arkansas. He was born on November 11, 1929, near Bluff City, Nevada County, Ark. son of Shelbie Floyd and Jessie Mae Plyler Hunter. He was a retired truck driver with the Arkansas State Highway Department and a Methodist. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and two sisters. HIS SURVIVORS INCLUDE: Three Brothers: Thomas William Hunter, Prescott, Ark. Don Lewis Hunter, Graham, Texas. Adrian Clinton Hunter and Faye, Little Rock, Ark. And Several Nieces and nephews. FUNERAL SERVICES will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, June 7, 2009, at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home Chapel, Prescott, Ark., with Rev. Perry Johnson officiating.
