Mr. James F. "Jimmy" Ayers, age 65 of Hope, Arkansas passed away, Friday, August 21, 2015 at his home. Mr. Ayers was born on August 28, 1949 in Steelville, Missouri to Armin and Verna Bouse Ayers. He had served his country in the Arkansas National Guard; was the maintenance supervisor for Southern Bakeries, an original member of the Hempstead County Rescue Unit, a member of the Plow Boy Car Club, member of the M&M Hunting Club of Patmos. Jimmy was a very loving father and grand father and he was of the Christian Faith. His parents preceded him in death. Survivors, who will cherish his memory; Son; Chad Ayers and wife, Christy of Hope, daughter; Kim Tomlin and husband, Robert of Hope, his four grandchildren; Cody Ayers, Keller Tomlin, Cole Ayers and Cynthia Tomlin his sister; Donna Creecy and husband, Bill of St. Louis, Missouri, other family members and friends. Visitation for Jimmy will be Wednesday, August 26, 2015, 6:00 to 8:00pm, at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest The Funeral Home 1001 S. Main St. in Hope.
