Mr. James Ray Johnson, age 76, passed away on Wednesday June 26, 2024, in Blevins, Arkansas. He was born on September 29, 1947, to James Raleigh and Opal Botts Johnson. He was married for 51 years, a member and deacon at Pleasant Springs Missionary Baptist Church, had a love for his family and friends, mowing yards, and watching his westerns. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, two brothers, and three sisters.

He is survived by his wife Louise Hill Johnson, two sons James (Deanna) Johnson of Blevins, and Jason Johnson of  Hope, one sister Vida (Bobby) Lawson of Hartshorne, Oklahoma, four grandchildren Rylee Johnson, Madalyn Fountain, Collier Fountain, and Colby Fountain, six great grandchildren Averie, Mackenna, Kysen, Kya, Brooklyn, Kati, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends

There will be a visitation on Saturday June 29, 2024, from 6-8 PM in the Brazzel Oakcrest Chapel. Family memorial service will be at a later date.
