Mr. Earnest James (Pomp) McKillion, 67 of Emmet passed away Tuesday, May 10 at his home in Emmet. Punk was born in Emmet, Arkansas to Henry and Mary Benton McKillion on Saturday, August 6, 1943. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include, his six brothers; Henry McKillion, Jr. and Annie of Hope, William E. McKillion of Milwaukee, Wis., Lawrence E. McKillion of Hope, William R. McKillion and Marilyn of Hope, Sedric McKillion and Rose of Prescott and Mark McKillion of Little Rock, two sisters; Mary E. Strand of Tacoma, Wash. And Juanita Henderson and Ronald of Prescott. Funeral service, 11:00 a.m., Monday, May 16, 2011 at St. Paul Baptist Church in Emmet, Arkansas. Rev. Demond Newburn will officiate the service.
