Mr. James B. Waters, 47 of Hope passed away Monday, May 9, 2011 at his home in Hope. James was born on Wednesday, October 2, 1963 in Hope to Douglass Byron and Margaret Louise Kent Waters. He was owner of a nursery and a member of Garrett Memorial Baptist Church in Hope. He is preceded in death by his parents. James is survived by; one brother; Doug and Lawana of Hope, his sister; Jenny Lee and Ben Waller of Hope, two nephews, Todd Waller and Brandon Waters and niece Wendy Waller Cox. The family will receive friends, 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 13 at Brazzel/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 14 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Chapel. Bro. Larry Silvey and Bro. Cliff Johnson will officiate the service.
