Miss Jan Elizabeth Harris Peterson, 58, of Hope, Arkansas, formerly of Clarksdale, Mississippi, passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2010, in Hope, Arkansas. She was born on December 4, 1951, in Memphis, Tennessee, to John Monroe and Doris Kenyon Harris. She was a member of the Hope Community Church, in Hope, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her father. Her Survivors Include: One Daughter Hilary Harris Peterson, Hope, Arkansas. Her Mother: Doris Kenyon Harris, Clarksdale, Mississippi. Two Brothers: Jay Harris and Nancy, Macon, Georgia; Jimmy Harris and Jean, Clarksdale, Mississippi. And other relatives and friends. Memorial Services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 22, 2010, at Hope Community Church, Hope, Arkansas, with Mr. Bill Watson officiating.
