Mrs. Janice "Jan" Bush, age 72 of Hope, Arkansas, went to be with her Lord on Friday, January 8, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Bush was born October 30, 1943 in Guernsey, Arkansas, to Sylvesta and Myrtle Cogbill Cobb. She was retired from the Hempstead County Detention Center, and she was a loving wife and mother. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sylvesta and Myrtle Cobb, three brothers; Bobby, Thomas, and Jerry Cobb, two sisters; Gay Gibson and Valdean Turner, and her oldest son, Greg Bush, all of Hope, Arkansas.

Jan is survived by her husband of 55 years, Jerry Bush, daughter, Shelly Bush, son, Todd Bush of Hope, grandchildren; Kayla Sinyard and husband, Josh, of Hope, Arkansas, Cameron Pinson and wife, Lauryn, of Benton, Arkansas, Ryan Bush and Cody Bush of Hope, Arkansas, Kirby Bush of Texarkana, Kristen Bush of Jupiter, Florida, Kylie Smith and Micheyla Neely of Hope, Arkansas, Erica Faulkner and husband, Mark, of Hope, Arkansas, Brittney Garner and husband, Daniel, of Fouke, Arkansas, Amber SanFilippo and husband, Josh, of North Carolina, Micah and wife, Lacy of Hope, Arkansas, Hannah Kidd of Texarkana, great-grandchildren; Marleigh and Eli Sinyard of Hope, Arkansas, Easton Pinson of Benton, Arkansas, Jordan, Elaina, and Payton Thrift of Hope, Arkansas, Austin, Collin, and Blake Garner of Fouke, Arkansas, Cade, Presley, and Beckett SanFilippo of North Carolina, Kailynn, Christopher, Trip, and London Corbridge of Hope, Arkansas, Brennan Cason of Texarkana, and Kenslee Sturh, and other family and friends.

Visitation is 6:00-8:00pm Monday, January 11, 2016 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home.
