Mr. Jeff W. Neel, age 55 of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2021, in Plano, Texas. He was born February 19, 1966 to James and Willie Mae Mallory Neel, in Pensacola, Florida. Jeff worked for the Hope Police Department for several years, until joining the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, where he served 20 years. He was a member, as well as, the church secretary of Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Hope, AR. He was a loving husband, father and Pops. He will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his: wife, Michelle Neel of Hope, AR; two sons, Daniel Neel (Jaecey) of Hope, AR, Tyler Hicks (K.D) of Prescott, AR; four daughters, Sara Morrow (Paul) of Nashville, AR, Allie Neel of Nashville, AR, Brandie Arnold (Chad) of Mena, AR, Jessica DiMarco of San Diego, CA; one brother, Bud Neel (Patty) of Melbourne, FL; two sisters, Pam Garringer (Scott) of Washington, AR, Mary Salazar of Conway, AR. Seven grandchildren: Rynley, Shepherd, Jaxon, Westin, Emersyn, Ella and Aubrie; a host of family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Arkansas Wildlife Officer Association Scholarship Fund 33 Lauren Loop, Sheridan, AR 72150.

Visitation will be held 5:00pm to 7:00pm Friday, August 6, 2021 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home, 1001 S. Main, Hope, AR 71801.

Funeral service will be 2:00pm Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Unity Baptist Church, 402 S. Hervey St., Hope, AR 71801. Bro. Jonathon Johnson to officiate.
