Mr. Jeremy Fortner, age 32 was called home on August 22, 2022, in Texarkana, Texas, from the time he was born Jeremy was loved, cherished by so many and his smile would light up a room and his laughter was contagious to just to be around him was a pure joy. His most cherished accomplishment was becoming a dad and being respected by all. He will be forever missed. Jeremy is preceded in death by his father Glen Fortner, grandmother Paula Woods and great-grandfather Hugh Ward.

He is survived: by his mother, Lisa Lewis, brother, Allen Fortner (Pat) of Emmet, Arkansas, his life partner Aimee Muldrew (son Cody), two sons Jeremy and Edward Fortner of Hope. Grandparents Bill and Liz Lewis of Hope, his auntie Cheryl (Greg) Pollins, special cousins, Zach Jordan and Alissa of Hope, Uncle Danny Lewis (Jessie) of Hope, brother Jonathan, sisters Lauren and Aleigha. His Auntie Teresa, special cousins, Wade and Alison. Jeremy had many special friends that he cared about and thought of as family.

Visitation will be 5:00pm to 7:00pm Saturday August 27, 2022, at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest 1001 South Main Hope, Arkansas 71801

Funeral service will be 2:00pm on Monday August 28, 2022, at Union Baptist Church, Bodcaw with Bro. Joe Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery.
