Mr. Jerry D."Loggin Boy", Wilson,  age 74 of McCaskill, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at his home. Mr. Wilson was born in McCaskill, Arkansas on April 17, 1942 to Johnnie Gilbert "Jack" Wilson and Clara Frances Brock Wilson.  Mr. Wilson was a member of Pleasant Springs Missionary Baptist Church, a retired truck driver with over 40 years of driving, and served in the Arkansas National Guard.  Jerry enjoyed hunting, fishing, working in his garden, and just being outdoors. He especially loved spending time with his kids and grandchildren.  Jerry is preceded in death by his parents; Jack and Clara Frances Wilson, two brothers; Hollis and Otis "Joe" Wilson, two sisters; Juanita Ligget and Louise Glass.

He is survived by his wife, of 54 years, Lucie Marie Copeland Wilson of McCaskill, two sons; Jerry Wilson, wife, Leigh Ann of Nashville, AR, Joel Wilson, wife, Misty of Murfreesboro, two daughters; Lorie Ashley, husband, Ronny of Amity, AR, Lucinda Wilson of McCaskill, AR, two sisters; Bernice Fulton of Blevins and Imogene Strawn of Conroe, TX and sister-in-law, Bernice Wilson of Houston, TX, nine grandchildren; Tania Cooper, husband, Jesse of Glenwood, Katherine Sipes , husband, Michael of Benton, Ashley Hugg, husband, Dallas, Autumn Hodges, Tabitha Ashley, Aaron Hodges, Andrew Ashley, Hadlee and Joe Lee Wilson, four great-grandchildren other family member and friends.

Visitation, 6:00 to 8:00pm, Friday, June 3, 2016 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home, Hope.

Funeral service, 10:00am, Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Pleasant Springs Missionary Baptist Church in McCaskill, with Bro. Jarod Hendry and Bro. J.W. Gilbert officiating.
