Mr. Jessie Lewis Foster, 66, Hope and Lewisville, Ark. passed away on Thurs., April 17, 2008 in a Texarkana Hospital. He was born on December 21, 1941 in Hope, Ark., to George Lewis and Brooksie Clark Foster. He worked in the oil field industry. He was a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his parents.
