Mr. Jim Youngman, age 72 of Prescott, Arkansas passed away peacefully with his loving family at his side on Sunday, April 8, 2018 in Little Rock, Arkansas.  Jim was born on March 28, 1946 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Philip and Annie Sanders Youngman.  He was a member of the Fairview Church in Prescott, and was a telephone installer with Southwestern Bell for 15 years, taking an early retirement with AT & T.  He had served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War from March 24, 1967 to March 21, 1969.  He enjoyed gardening, riding his John Deere tractor and tinkering on old trucks.  Jim is preceded in death by his parents, and a great-grandson Grayson Lewis.

Survivors include his wife, Phenea Youngman of Prescott, his daughter Tonya Grubb, (Greg) of McKinney, TX,  three sons Chris Youngman (Cheryle) of Mesquite, TX, Lonnie Hawkins (Leslie) of Benton, AR and Shawn Hawkins of Prescott, his sister Phyllis Thomas (Martin) of Little Rock, AR, ten grandchildren: Jacob Grubb, Jordan Youngman, Houston Youngman, Megan Youngman, Morgan Jerry, Maddie Hawkins, Holli Hawkins, Tori Hawkins, Arrian Hawkins and J.D. Sampson and two great-grandchildren, other family members and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials maybe made to the Fairview Church % 459 Nevada 42 North   Prescott, AR  71857.

Visitation will start at 1:00pm on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at BRAZZEL/Cornish Funeral Home 1196 Hwy. 371 W Prescott, AR.

Funeral service is 2:00pm on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at BRAZZEL/Cornish Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Steed officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery with military honors.
