Mrs. Jimmie Clark, 94, Hope, Arkansas, passed away on Wednesday, June 30, 2010, at her daughters home, Emmet, Arkansas. She was born in Mineral Springs, Arkansas, on September 26, 1915, to Oscar and Effie Ashford Horn. She was a salesperson, a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Hope, Ark. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Verdo Tollett and Marcellus Clark and seven brothers and sisters. HER SURVIVORS INCLUDE: One Daughter: Gloria Ellis and Charlie, Sutton, Arkansas. Two Granddaughters: Lisa McClure, Prescott, Arkansas. Leah Ealey, Hope, Arkansas. Two Great-Grandchildren: Liam Hastings and Shon, Lewisville, Ark. Macy Volentine, Little Rock, Arkansas. Three Great-Great-Grandchildren: Trenton, Nicolas and Sydney Hastings, Lewisville, Ark. And Five Grand dogs, other relatives and friends. GRAVESIDE SERVICES will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 2, 2010, at Sardis Cemetery, Hempstead County, Arkansas, with Rev. Wayne Langston officiating. Burial to follow.
