Mr. Jimmy Arnold, age 89 of DeAnn, Arkansas passed away, Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at his home.  Mr. Arnold was born April 4, 1927 in DeAnn, Arkansas to Jim and Lida Mannis Arnold. He was a member of the White Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church in DeAnn. For over 70 years, Mr. Arnold was a cattle rancher, a farmer, growing soybeans, row cropping, and raising watermelons. Mr. Arnold is preceded in death by his parents, a brother; Richard Arnold, three sisters; Evelyn Reynolds, Billie Cummings and Vala Dean Moseley.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Mary Arnold of DeAnn, a son; Tim Arnold, wife, Treva of Apex, NC and one grand-daughter; Amelia Miller MacDonald, Washington, D.C., other family members and friends.

Visitation will be one hour before the service, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, Sunday, May 1, 2016, at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home.
