Mr. Jimmy Joe Butler, 77 of Bodcaw passed away, Saturday, October 20, 2012 in a local hospital. Mr. Butler was born in Bodcaw, Arkansas on April 5, 1935 to Clifton O. and Jessie Myrle Spencer Butler, Sr. Mr. Butler was a retired self-employed truck driver for many years. He is predeceased by his parents, his wife, Nell Rose Huskey Butler, two brothers; Wayne and Lindell Butler and a daughter; Sherry Jordan. He is survived by his two sons; Ronnie Butler, wife Susan of Hope, Clifton Clark, wife Tina of Bodcaw, his two daughters; Jill Cole, husband, Chad of Hope, Sheila Southerland, husband Danny of Katy, Texas and son-in-law, Bev Jordan of Prescott, three brothers; Clifton Butler of Bodcaw, Mack and Jack Butler both of Shreveport, Louisiana, his two sisters; June OKeefe of Shreveport, Louisiana and Elizabeth Kruithof of Bossier City, Louisiana, eleven grandchildren: Cassie Valbracht, Cody and Cameron Clark, Hannah and Rachel Butler, Brent, Brock and Brady Jordan, Justin, Amber and Zack Southerland, his ten (10) great-grandchildren: Savanna and Mylie Valbracht, Barrett, Ryleigh, Katherine, Katelynn, Payton and Curt Jordan, Ava and Carter Southerland. Visitation, 6:00 to 8:00pm, Monday, October 22, 2012 at Brazzel/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope, Eddie Brazzel, Director. Funeral service for Mr. Butler will be 2:00pm, Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at Brazzel/Oakcrest The Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow in Union Cemetery, Bodcaw. Bro. Jerry Evans to officiate.
