Mr. Joe Foley, 90 of Hope passed away, Friday, September 23, 2011 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born, Saturday, January 22, 1921 in Hope, Arkansas to Mike and Edna Keel Foley. Mr. Foley was retired maintenance supervisor for Champion Auto Parts in Hope and was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Spring Hill, Arkansas. Mr. Foley was preceded in death by his wife, of 67 years, Adene in March 2011 and by his parents and one sister, Ruth Anderson. Survivors include; two daughters; Janet Tolleson and husband, Mike, Judy Mullins and husband, Kenny all of Hope, Arkansas and one sister, Patsy Raschke of Texarkana, Arkansas, five grandchildren; Chris Monroe and wife, Allison of Charleston, SC, Sgt. Drew Monroe and wife, Leah of Jacksonville, AR, Beth Monroe of Little Rock, AR, Amy Monroe Orrell and husband, Floyd of Benton, Steven Mullins and wife, Sarah of Hope, two great-grandchildren; Owen and Joseph Monroe. The Foley Family will receive friends, 2:00pm to 4:00pm, Sunday, September 25, 2011 at Brazzel/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope. Funeral service will be 4:00pm, Monday, September 26, 2011 at Bethany Baptist Church in Spring Hill, Arkansas with Bro. Kenneth Bobo and Bro. Eric Fisher officiating.
