Mr. Joe Aaron Morgan, 59 of Prescott, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, July 12, 2009, in a North Little Rock Hospital. He was born on September 4, 1950, in Nevada Co, Ark., to Bishop and Mattie Lee Hopson. He was disabled during the Vietnam War in the Army. He was a member of Mt. Ephesus Baptist Church, Prescott, Ark. He was preceded in death by his parents; by two brothers, J.W. Green and Clyde Franklin Morgan; and one sister Mattie L. Vaden. HIS SURVIVORS INCLUDE: One Son: Colin Morgan and Amelia, Texarkana, Arkansas. Two Daughters: Tamiko Williams and Derrick, Prescott, Ark. Kimberly Harris and Dofort, Prescott, Ark. Three Brothers: Clifford Morgan and Ann, Little Rock, Ark. W. C. Flemons and Jean, Prescott, Ark. Carl Morgan, Prescott, Ark. Four Sisters: Thelma Murphy, Prescott, Ark. Selma Morgan, Prescott, Ark. Janie Craven and James, Prescott, Ark. Lavada Pearson, Little Rock, Ark. Special Friend: Lillie Mae King Morgan, Prescott, Ark. And Five Grandchildren. FUNERAL SERVICES will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, July 18, 2009, at Mt. Ephesus Baptist Church, Prescott, Arkansas, with Rev. Fred Walters officiating.
