MR. JOE BEN TURNAGE, 82, of Spring Hill, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, April 15, 2010, in Spring Hill, Arkansas. He was born Decmeber 30 , 1927, in Patmos, Arkansas to Marvin D. and Clara Powell Turnage. He was a retired self-employed painter and built clubhouses and was a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his parents and one step-son Cecil Jernell daughter; Christina Landrum, brother; Garland Turnage.
